The administration of Deceased Estates is one thing, but dealing with real life issues is quite another. This session wishes to explore the most common pitfalls that Lize Muller has experienced during her 25 year career and how these issues were dealt with.
Knowing and understanding the theory is the first step in the winding up of deceased estates, but there will always be scenarios that requires human intervention, specifically from the executor.
This course is developed from an interactive session and real-life examples are discussed.
