When setting up and registering a company, it can be overwhelming – especially after you are made aware of all the requirements, compliances, administrations etc.

Different types of companies must comply with different rules. This means smaller companies have less arduous responsibilities than large public companies when it comes to corporate governance and financial reporting. For instance, smaller companies will be subject to less taxing financial reporting standards than larger companies.

Thanks for the informative sessions on the Tax for Beginners Self-Study Package. It’s a great course that clearly explains how to perform the calculations. Some points are repeated throughout the sessions, but that actually helps reinforce the concepts and makes the content feel more complete especially when the speaker covers topics like Capital Gains Tax (CGT).
